Third Party Platform Relationships:

Running on its own, Fansfollowing has no ties to any social network or their corporate owners. Alone in how it operates, Fansfollowing stays clear of links to social platforms or the companies behind them. Think Facebook, for instance, also Instagram, though that’s just one example. YouTube shows up here too, much like TikTok does. Not left out either: Twitter/X, even when renamed. LinkedIn appears on the list; Spotify makes an appearance. Pinterest joins in, Telegram slips into view. Twitch stands present, Discord tags along. None hold sway. Each of these platforms stays separate, without influence over how Fansfollowing works.

Ownership of every name, logo, or mark tied to a service sits with its original holder. Mentioning them happens only to describe things clearly, never suggesting collaboration, approval, or formal ties.

You’re aware that Fansfollowing isn’t affiliated with those brands when you use this site. Accessing the services means you understand we don’t hold rights to outside intellectual property. Our platform doesn’t pretend to own what belongs to others.

Termination:

Sudden account suspension can happen at any time when rules are broken. Breaking terms means access ends on the spot, no warning needed. If conditions aren’t followed, service stops instantly, no questions asked. Violations trigger immediate closure, nothing more. When guidelines get ignored, accounts vanish without delay.

When service ends, access stops without delay. To close your account yourself, end the subscription first. Turning off features through the dashboard? That won’t count as stopping.

Payment:

  • Payments on our website are processed exclusively through PayPal. Payment through credit or debit card happens by way of PayPal. Some choose this method because it skips extra steps. The system processes funds once details are entered. Security checks run before confirmation goes through. Info stays protected during each phase. Many trust this route even if they hesitate at first. Speed often surprises those expecting delays.
  • If fraud shows up in a dispute, your IP might get blocked. When someone claims a payment was not allowed, action can follow. Chargebacks could trigger steps that limit access. Similar moves seen as unfair may lead to restrictions. Legal paths might be taken, depending on the situation.

Refund Policy Lifetime Deals:

Most lifetime offers can’t be returned once bought, simply because they last forever. Yet when real tech problems show up during the initial week and aren’t fixed fast enough, money might come back, but only if the company decides its right.

Promotions and Terms:

Offers labelled as lifetime deals come with conditions shown when they appear. Changes, pauses, or endings to these offers can happen anytime by the company's choice.

After the promotion ends, what you saw might change without notice. Prices could shift along with features and special offers. Once time runs out, none of it stays fixed. What was promised during the deal may not last. Conditions often reset when the clock stops ticking. The Company may update or terminate promotional offers in accordance with applicable laws.

Dispute Resolution:

If you have any disputes or concerns, reach out to the Company yourself before moving further. you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the Company directly. When issues pop up about service, talk it through first instead of jumping ahead. Working it out one-on-one comes before anything else. The first step? Get in touch straight with them. Before any steps forward, try a conversation. Go direct if something feels off. Solving problems begins with contact, nothing more.

Vendor Responsibility:

When someone asks to cancel on time but gets no answer fast enough, and ends up charged anyway, we give back every dollar for that period. Every situation is looked at on its own terms.

Limitation of Liability:

Should something go wrong while using our services, responsibility does not fall on us, no matter the situation or what kind of loss happens. Even if given prior warning about potential problems, we are still not held accountable. No matter if it is monetary loss, time wasted, or problems that come afterward, it doesn’t matter. This stands true under every type of claim someone might try to bring forward.

Should the Client break any part of these Terms, money owed won’t be their responsibility. The Company cannot demand payment from them under such conditions. Responsibility for losses falls elsewhere, not on the person using the service. Any failure to follow rules outlined here does not create a debt tied to the user.

Your Feedback:

When you send ideas, comments, or advice to the Company, every bit of ownership moves to them. Your thoughts become theirs fully once shared. Nothing stays reserved under your name after submission. Ownership shifts completely at the moment it arrives.

If the transfer fails for any reason, the Company still gets full rights to your feedback, forever, everywhere, free of charge. Though it may not pass legal review, they can copy, change, share, or build on your ideas without asking again. Even if enforcement slips, usage stays allowed under this permission. Despite possible flaws in setup, their access remains unlimited. Regardless of validity, the global reach holds firm. Should challenges arise, reuse continues unchecked. When doubts surface, adaptation goes unhindered.

Disclaimer:

Fansfollowing takes no responsibility if things go wrong after someone uses what we offer. If harm comes, whether money loss or something else, it stays on you, not us. These tools exist just to help spread the word about people or brands. Anything beyond promotion falls outside our role entirely.
